INDIVIDUAL LIFE CHANGE COACHING SERVICES

Individual Service Locations:

  1. Via Video Platform: Individual will be mailed a link to connect via video once appointment is confirmed.

  2. Via Telephone

  3. In Person: Individuals can choose to meet at the Seattle office location or in a community location of their choice. For an extra fee, and depending on location, services can be provided in home.

    15 Minute Consultation: Free

    Individual Life Coach Assessment: $125.00 (First Session)

    45 - 60 minute session: $75.00 per hour

LIFE CHANGE COACHING GROUPS

Group Session Details: There are four levels of groups offered. Each group is five weeks long and approximately 1.5 hours. Dates for groups will be released quarterly due to coordination of group members. Groups will be held at Seattle office location and includes free parking. Please contact Bernard at 312-871-7279 for further inquiries and to inquire about appropriate group level.

GROUPS

LEVEL ONE: RENOVATE: This group focuses on identifying and releasing your negative thoughts and behaviors. This group is appropriate for individuals who are beginning the life change process.

Group content covered: negative sacrifice, relinquishment, letting go of negative survival and automatic responses.

LEVEL TWO: ORGANIZING YOUR SANCTUARY: This group focuses on organizing the negative feelings and behaviors to further prioritize life change goals. This group is appropriate for individuals who have already identified their challenging thoughts and emotions and who are motivated for change.

Group content covered: Identifying feelings, addressing the plan, making a structure, taking accountability, turning feeling into positive motivation.

LEVEL THREE: ANALYZING: This group focuses on deciphering the priorities and finding your truth. This group increases personal insight into barriers, helps increase insight into factors affecting life situations, and identifies main areas of distress to overcome.

Group content covered: identifying the obstacle, making a plan, building a foundation, taking accountability, transformation.

LEVEL FOUR: REBUILDING: This group focuses on creating, rebuilding, and overcoming personal obstacles by adopting individual action plans. This group helps individuals put their plan in motion!

Group content covered: Positive sacrifice, Adopting tools learned in each group level, Preparing the five P’s, Execution of plan to address obstacles.
